| Hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! I had forgotten a razor and contact solution ad without even asking them they provided them free of charge. (they overheard me tell my friend I had forgotten to pack them). They moved our rooms so that we would be close to wah other (there were 3 groups). And the beds were heavenly! A great experience! :) |

| We were not put in the correct room for the rate we paid. It was loud and hard to sleep with people running up and down the hall.
I had an issue and it was passed from person to person and never resolved.
We hated it...never again. |

| The location of the hotel is right next to the highway so no great views. The surronding neighborhoods aren't that great but poses no real issue. The upside is its located near a lot of local entertainment, shops and eaterys. The hotel restaurant and bar are great so is the food. I would definitly stay again I love the rooms. |

| Had an unexpected overnight layover at ATL. Booked last minute. Took 2 minutes to check in, got a nice room, and the restaurant/lounge was nice. They had run out of french fries, but at 11:20pm, I can't really expect anything more. |
