| THE DESK CLERK WAS HELPFUL AND ACTED PROFESSIONALLY. THERE WERE NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM AND HAD TO ASK FOR THEM.. THE FLOOR LAMP WAS VERY FLIMSY AND ALMOST FELL OVER JUST TURNING IT ON. THERE WERE WIRES STICKING OUT OF CEILING, WHICH SEEMED TO BE FOR A SMOKE DETECTOR. tHE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND PLENTIFUL. |

| The staff were VERY friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was disappointing, they were out of several things over the 3 days we were there. Also the eating area was not very clean. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay! It was business oriented but also family oriented! They even had a high chair for the baby :) They also had board games you could take to your room to play. THey staff was helpful in helping us find places to eat and stores in the area, and to find the attractions we were visiting. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and if we were to visit Atlanta again we would stay there again!! |

| Came down to Atlanta to try to learn how to get around and about the different areas around Emory University and Hospital. The location was perfect for our needs, and we could not be more pleased with how clean our room was on arrival and thru out our stay. Very nice hot breakfast and internet service provided. Would recommend!!! Thank you for ever ything. |

| Great one night stay - price on hotel.com made it very afforadable - everything was clean, simple and as expected. One exception - there was an amazing flat screen TV in our room with lousy reception. |

| Great service. I lost my wallet and had several business-related malfunctions (when it rains it pours) and this place responded with A plus efforts. The hotel is very clean, e.g., the grout on the bathroom floor looks like it dried yesterday. Great breakfast. There is a Greek restaurant across the street next to a Sam's for walkers, a McDonald's for walkers, a Waffle House for walkers. Otherwise you need a car, cab, or to take a bus. Business center computer worked, copier worked. Wireless free, and it worked well. |

| great hotel...bus service good, took us to MARTA subway so we could get to area attractions without a car. two buses pick up right across the street from the hotel. clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. |

| Check-in is listed as 2pm. I arrived at 2pm (with a reservation) and had to wait 30 minutes for my room to be ready. With check-out at 12noon and check-in at 2pm , they obviously cannot get enough rooms cleaned within that short window. In addition, the front desk was staffed with ONE person who had no way to page the one other staff member who were off checking in with the maid. No walkie-talkie system or other in place. Very inefficient. And the front desk person, although friendly, could not seem to handle more than one thing at a time. He completely forgot I was waiting for a room off to the side when another patron came through the door. |
