Sometimes I would return and the floor would not be vacuumed or there were no towels in the bathroom?? Then my leather belt disappeared!! Aside from that, the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Everthing was great. The only thing bad was room comfort air conditioning did not work well and room was very stuffy hard to sleep also windows leaked during rain storm

If you just need a lace to stay near the airport it is perfect, drawback is there are no restaraunts or anything nearby, it is all about the airport.

I reserved this hotel because I thought it was accessible form the monorail from the airport -- but it is not (there looks to be some sort of back way, but we could not figure it out). Only two Marriots are on the line, although the Marriot is visible when you leave the Westin, so it is just across a road or two (no sidewalks). It was on sale, or we  would have stayed at the Drury Inn - I was hopeing to avoid going back to the airport and riding a shuttle after dropping off the rental car. One coffee pod in room for two people - extras "for sale" in store. Cheesy. Luckily, before I noticed that little sign (there a a number of small signs in the room to explain various oddities) I asked one of the room attendants cleaning another room for extras. Charge for internet. Chintzy, skipped that. To drop your bags with a rental car you have to park at the back of the lot to avoid valet, hopefully have someone checking in while you do that, and then schlep your bags about 100 yards, get to your room and back and get out of the lot within 20 minutes to avoid about $30 charge. Again, cheap and cheesy. Stop nickel & diming us to death, Westin! Won't be back.

A few housekeeping inconsistencies but the beds are always divine. We needed more towels and toilet paper. even though the hotel is so close to the airport it was still very quiet and did not interfere with sleep. for the first two days of our 5 day stay the hotel hallways and bar were very noisy. Some sort of convention. eventually things quieted down.  The westin is consistent and the shuttle to the airport is a very convenient feature.

The hotel's location was very close to ATL. The check in staff were friendly and the rooms were clean but a bit smaller compared to other hotels. Toiletries were very limited and were not replaced the next day after room service. Internet service had to be purchased and self parking was $12.95 for a day! Overall its a good hotel but a little expensive  for the features it offers

this hotel is perfect to stay in atlanta one or two days because it's very close to the airport.it has a shuttle service very efficient.the staff is very kind and ready to resolve every problem.If you want go to downtown you can go to the airport by shuttle and from the airport you can take the train that in 10/20 min arrives in the centre of the town.the  beds are very confortable

Room not cleaned during overnight stay, housekeeping came too early and do not disturb signs were on door. Service didn't not return.
