| Staff was excellent and very helpful. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and this was very important as we were running late for an event. When we got back that night, we were starving and even through room service ended at 1 pm, the great staff in the Living Room bar hooked us up with burgers and fries to soak up the copious amounts of peach gimlets we were downing. Room was great - very comfortable with great amenities. The only thing I didn't like was some vibey lighting that I couldn't figure out how to turn off...but then again, I wasn't really trying that hard (i.e. the peach gimlets). Would definitely stay there again. |

| Very nice, excellent overall. If you are young and are going to party stay at the W midtown. Much closer to all the bar's and club's. If staying on a saturday night, must go to opera and get upstairs to the VIP. |
