Recent Sheraton Galleria Review: "I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It was nice, as I expected, but also a bit more than I expected. It always smelled great when entering the lobby, fresh and clean. Although I did not dine in, the restaurant seemed great. I liked the area where you could use computers. It wasn't a small room but out in the open so you could still feel like you were with others. I loved the Bliss toiletries and body scrubby. The large bathroom vanity was great. The Starbucks coffee (made from the packages left in the room)tasted better than at home. It wasn't necessary to have two large TVs but it was nice. Thanks for the bottled water! Made it possible to add my flavor packs for peach tea! I've passed this hotel many times when in Atlanta but never stayed. Now I am glad I have as I will stay here many more times in the future."

| Please note that internet, parking, and breakfast were not included in the hotel rate. The over-night parking was $8/day, internet was $10/day, and breakfast was $12 extra. In overall, it was pretty good place for a night. |

| This hotel was nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't have a problem at all. It's located just in front of the mall so you can walk to restaurants and the mall which made it very nice.
The only draw back was that the hotel didn't offer free internet access. Overall, it was good. |

| The Hotel Sheraton was very nicely kept, very business oriented and in a pretty good location. It was next to Galleria Mall, walking distance, and immediately off HWY. We stayed in a suite and it was very comfortable with all the amenities anyone would need and it was very clean.
The only drawback for us was that, one of the Staff Members was not friendly, and quite rude. She scolded our daughter, which would of been fine if our daughter was doing something wrong, and, the Staff Member hadn't embarrassed her and told her off in front of other hotel guests. The other employees and guests were laughing at our daughter getting scolded.
The Staff Member could have handled the situation differently since, we didn't know the hotel rules for using the computers in the lobby. Or, she could have told one of us, the parents. Our daughter got chastised and ridiculed for simply asking a question and advising the Staff Member that a computer was not working correctly.
If Hotel Staff Members can't handle [any and all kind of] situations professionally, quietly and discretely, then we feel that they should definitely not be representing the Hotel.
For the above mentioned reasons, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

| This hotel was extremely convenient to shopping and fine dining. Not too much thought was given to access to the mall. To access the mall, one had to go outside to an elevator, take the elevator to the ninth floor, walk up the stairs to the tenth floor, walk a narrow sidewalk and then one must cross an extremely busy road with no crosswalk!
Isn't it about time ALL hotels are smoke-free. This place reaked of smoke in the halls. They allowed smoking right outside the entrance of the hotel and the elevators smelled like a tobacco shop! When your eyes start burning when you enter a hotel, it's bad news! Get rid of the smoke and smokers and let those of us who want to breathe enjoy clean air. The Westin Hotel chain has done it, so it's time to get with the program! |

| The nightly rates are only the beginning of the cost to stay at this hotel. They also charge for parking and for internet access (and it's not cheap!).
The overall stay was quite nice, and the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. Just be prepared to spend quite a bit extra per day if you want anything beyond the absolute bare necessities. |

| Overpriced for what it offers other than proximity to the conference center. wifi which is free almost everywhere will cost you an extra $10/day. |

| The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. The food was a little pricey with not much to chose from on propery. The room needs a little TLC, either though its was clean - bed was a place you could stay all day. |
