Recent Sheraton Atlanta Downtown Review: "We drove 5 hours to see a concert. We decided it would be easier to stay the night and return home the next day. While searching for a hotel, I only had 2 criterias. It must be pet friendly, we take our dogs with us everywhere we go, and it had to be close to the concert venue. This hotel was beyond our expectations, it was impressive and the staff were all very gracious. Image our delight of being able to lead our Rat Terrier and Chihuahua across the marble floor in the lobby to the elevators. We recieved several comments from other guests, wishing they had brought their beloved pets too. We will be going back to Atlanta and taking friends with us, just to enjoy the sites we didn't have the time to see. I will recommend the Sheraton, downtown Atlanta, to any of my friends, family and anyone reading this review. Thanks Hotel.com for a great place to stay, reservation's made easy, the smooth transaction and the follow-up survey for my opinion. I'm known to be very opinionated and outspoken when I feel we didn't get the quality of service that we deserved. It feels good to praise a service instead of complaining."
