| The hotel is really close to the mass transit in Atlanta, called the MARTA, only 2 blocks away. The block in between is a lot of guys hanging out on the street. Multiple of them came up to me saying "hey hey" I kept walking and they yelled after me "I just want to use your phone bro". They were much bigger than me. I wouldn't stay there again. The hotel has a guard that you have to sign in with before you go to your room, but all the rooms are open to the outside.
If you don't care about this then I would tell you to stay here because it's so easy to get on the mass transit system. |

| My stay at the Savannah Hotel was an experience.
When I arrived at the hotel, there were police cars
everywhere. People were hanging around outside all times of the night. There was a continuous drip of water from the shower stall....must i go on. |

| Good security, checked ID every time we entered the property. Nothing fcancy buy in down town and convienent. |

| If luxury is what you are looking for this place is definitely not for you, but if you want a clean place to rest near good transportation and attractions this is it. The surrounding neighborhood is a little seedy, but it's close to everything...midtown, downtown, Marta. Can't be beat for the price.. |

| The only reason for anyone to stay here would be the price and the distance to anything in downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is not for the faint of heart. We were approached on the corner walking back at night, which I do not recommend. Catch a cab anytime to get anywhere. Do not leave the property if you don't absolutely have to leave. Room was clean enough, air was cold, bathroom was sufficient, and the TV worked. Service was nice, too. I would beg you not to stay here with children, say less than 15 years old, or let anyone leave by his or herself. |

| Hotel is clean, ample of parking. Security is very strict since it is pretty close to homeless shelter. Fully fenced hotel so its secured. Downtown location with easy walking distance access to any interesting places. stayed 3nights with my family with no problem! Dont worry too much on other negative reviews! Thanks Savannah! |

| The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the price is unbeatable. They have security guard 24/7 so its very safe. The owner is super nice. They are good people who are trying to build up their business and make a living. So if you are on a budget, go check them out. Location is awesome, downtown ATL and close to everything!!! |

| Our room was nice, clean and cheap but the neighborhood is really terrible!
There is a homeless shelter nearby which means that there are constantly around 20-40 homeless people all around you in the street + drugs are being sold on Pine st.
Even though Savannah Suites has 24-hour security, we still never walked out at night - we took the car.
It's cheap with a great location and OK if you only have to stay there a few nights but if you easily feel unsafe, DON'T stay there!
Great for students and couples that are on a budget! Don't stay there w. kids! |

| Yes, this hotel is inexpensive and not in a high-end neighborhood. Overall, though, it was better than I expected. The staff and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The room was not high class, but it was clean and comfortable. It was VERY convenient to where we were visiting, so overall, it was a good experience. |

| People at this hotel were great. Room was okay. In a bad neighborhood, so they hire security to watch the lot and rooms. For the money, a great deal. Wifi was too slow to use. |
