| Great value on a convenient, clean hotel for New Year's Eve in midtown Atlanta. Lobby has everything you need from water to a beer. Hot breakfast was included which was convenient. Walk to many restaurants, bars and night life. |

| We stayed at Residence Inn By Marriott Atlanta Midtown 17th Street from Oct 14-Oct 16th 2011. We were in town for a wedding. The service, rooms, and staff were great and friendly, no complaints. I would recommend this hotel to others. The breakfast was really good as well.

| This hotel was very clean, and well maintained. It was convenient to all midtown areas. There was a nightly cocktail hour with light food and beer/wine. The hotel didn't have a bar but was walking distance to a few. Overall a very pleasant stay. |

| My family and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel for the entire weekend. In regards to shopping or sightseeing I did none of that so I don't really know much about what was around the hotel. I was very impressed with the staff, the breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel itself. I did mention to two of the staff members that I will highly recommend this hotel. My only disappointment was not being able to have dinner there but we were told not on the weekends. Maybe this is something to consider.

| We thought our room was very nice. It was decorated with nice warm colors and nice art. It was nice that it had a full kitchen if you wanted to cook. It was nice being able to take our pooch, she enjoyed sitting with us on the patio out front. We wanted to be close to Piedmont Park- it was a little walk, but fine with nice weather. We were able to take cabs everywhere really cheap. Close by are also all of theMidtown restarants and clubs. We will definately stay there again. Only down side is parking charge per night is high and that should be disclosed on their webpage. |

| I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Atlanta for business or pleasure. I was visiting the city for an acting workshop and it was in walking distance of my destination as well as great restaurants. The hotel staff, from the customer service reps to the custodial engineers, were beyond friendly. even passers-by in te surrounding neighborhood were very helpful and pleasant. I have absolutely no complaints. I will definitely stay here again! |

| Location was great--walking distance to Piedmont Park. My only complaint was the 22 dollars for parking--ridiculous! |
