1. When we checked in for our weeklong pre-paid stay, they hadn't reserved a nice room for us, we just got the last room, an old room that was dumpy and depressing because it hadn't been renovated. *After we compalined, they gave us another room the next day but we think since we were staying for a week they should have saved us a nice room up front. 2. No wi-fi: the internet is very inconvenient - you have to plug into the wall, and all they have are very short cords.

The room was very nice and way more than i could have imagined. Just like staying in a one bedroom home, very quiet in room and had no problems....will come back to it because of the location very close to mall and all eaterys and i mean all types.

No problem with check in. The amenities was more than I expected. it was a cozy studio truly. It came with a fireplace, full furnished kitchen with frigerator, stove, cookware and dinner ware. The hotel provided grocery assistance, laundry on grounds, complimentary breakfast. free parking. Great location for shopping.close to expressways. I have paid twice as much at more exclusive hotels and got less amenities and service.

Our stay here on Friday night was fine. The room was quiet, but I couldn't get the A/C adjusted. On Saturday, I was able to get the A/C adjusted okay, but, there was a an extremely loud and raucous party in the upstairs unit above us that went on until after 4:00 AM. Two calls to the front desk did not significantly reduce the noise. I think more should have been done to protect the privacy of the hotel guests.

The hotel had 138 rooms and 109 parking places. It took us 45 minutes at 2 am to find a parking spot. Almost decided to drive home a hour away & get a refund.
