| This is not the type of place I would normally stay at. I did not really like the surrounding area of the hotel and the walls were paper thin so I could everything my next door neighbor was saying and doing. |

| They lost power during a terrible storm in Atlanta..We had too stay inside a hot pitch -dark room ( dark room with no air conditioning).When the security lights went out a prostitute and several thugboys started working the parking lot of the hotel.. I specifically told the manager that I never want to stay away from security again..I moved car under a light and to be near the security guard..I want room on the same side as the hotel office and the guard. |

| It's not in a great part of town but overall the hotel is nice. They claimed to have full breakfast but there were no hot eggs as promised which was extremely disconcerting to me. But worse than that my door key would not work and that was a disaster. My coffee pot had not been cleaned, creepy, and then the coffee had not been replaced. Wierd. The nice security guard brought me coffee. Simple things unattended to add up to a difficult stay. The toilet kept running, the heat in room was inconsistent but the hotel has a nice appearance. |

| If your budget is tight this is an acceptable hotel for a short stay. The rooms are clean and the management polite and helpful. On the down side, the breakfast buffet is very skimpy and there are no nice restaurants close by. The rooms are very basic, but comfortable. Except for the softball-sized hornet nest in the hallway - which was gone the next morning - the outside is neat and clean even though the hotel is older than most. |

| Place was a bit old and used in some places, but comfortable. For the price, I couldn't complain. |

| I would recommend this hotel... it may be nothing fancy but it sure was nice to dip in the pool after a long day of Atlanta traffic. The grounds are spacious with large magnolias and fruit trees with actual peaches on the branch. It was probably built in the late 1950's or 60's so it has a sense of place and style that i liked. Everything worked and my bed was firm... what more do i want? |

| First we got put in a smoking room when we asked for a non-smoking. The next room was filthy with mold or dirt on the ceilings from the old air conditioners. The next room was OK. We stayed in it since all we needed was a place to shower and sleep. |

| The first room that they gave us had white stuff on the dressers and tables. The shower head had mildew on it. The switched us to another room which was better. The hotel we stayed in was old. It needs to be updated. |
