Recent Hyatt Regency Downtown Review: "The Hyatt in Atlanta is exceptional. It is ideally located in downtown where you can walk to the Coca Cola museum, Centennial Park for the kids, and located a few blocks is the Underground for great shopping and site seeing. Resturants where in great abundance, with "The Varsity" and Gladys Knights eating establishment. The Hotel even had great eateries  located on the Lobby floor and had inside access to the Marta train line. What better way to travel when it rained for a few mintues while we where there. The Hotel had construction going on, but we were alerted upon booking that it would be going on. We stayed on the 18th floor and room service, valet and front lobby personnel were friendly, helpful and very courteous. to each and every one of us. We were attending a family reunion and had over a 190 relatives, and we met many more individuals that were staying at the hotel (The first black Marines and the Black Book Club) and both of these groups had famous people in attendance at there events, John Amos from "Good Times" spoke at the Marines banquet and Tyrese the author spoke at the latter. I could go on and on about this great hotel because everything was exceptional including the breakfast that was buffet and very elegant to the room which had the best beds and cleanliness around. I truly enjoyed the stay at such a beautiful hotel. I would definitely recommend it for future visits to anyone going to Atlanta."
