| We only stayed one night in this hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beds were top-notch and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, longer next time. The breakfast was incredible!! I will always try to stay at Hyatt Place during our travels if possible. |

| The staff ranks high in customer service. I met the most pleasant employee as I came in the door and she assisted me with the kiosk and the hotel checkin early in the day as there were rooms available. |

| Meu vôo para o Brazil saia tarde (21:30hs) e pedi ao hotel para ficar até mais tarde (+/- 18hs) mesmo pagando um "late check out fee" mas a pessoa que me atendeu disse que não podia me atender e não senti que ela fez qquer esforço (falar com o gerente etc) para me atender. |

| Nice room, great location. Do not eat at the Holiday Inn next door, service was very slow over 1 hour to get our food. it was not even that busy. |

| The Hyatt was the perfect place to stay for travellers leaving on an early-morning flight the next day. It took less than 5 minutes to drive to the rental car return facility from the hotel which was awesome.
The bed was supremely comfortable, but the TV placement was a little stupid...halfway between the 'bedroom' area and the 'living room' area, with no ideal viewing angles from either space.
There was supposed to be breakfast ready and open at 6:00am, but it wasn't the morning we checked out...other than that, great place to stay. |

| The hotel and staff was very nice. However, I received a charge on my credit card for $ 25 that I did not owe. When I left the hotel, I was told nothing was due (and I purchased nothing). I pre paid the hotel charge. When I got my credit card bill, the hotel had put $25 on my card. This is going to take my time and effort to call and get it taken off, I hope there is no hassle about doing so, |

| Great location to Atlanta Airport. Nice, clean and wonderful complimentary breakfast!!
Staff was very friendly. My air condition did not seem to work properly and I reported it as I left. |

| Great hotel for our business trip and we did not need to rent a car due to the convenient shuttle service. Very good value for the price. The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of fresh hot items. Great Starbucks brewed coffee is served each morning, coming from Seattle this is a must! |

| Hyatt place is my favorite brand for business travel. I have stayed at them all and go out of my way to book at this brand.
This hotel was a cut above primarily because of the service. It's nice to get a smile when you check in. It's nice to have smiling employees that say hello to you when you walk past them. it's nice to see people that actually enjoy what they do, and it seems that they do at this hotel.
Beds were fine, high thread count sheets were good also. I love the layout of the hyatt place hotels, very efficient and it adds more space because of the layout.
highly recommend this hotel. |
