Recent Hyatt Place South Review: "The hotel itself is as advertised, and the staff was also accomodating as I had to check in very early and check out very early the next day. But the most important part all should take note: I left in such a hurry I forgot my watch on the dresser. When I landed back in NY, I called the front desk and the woman personally went to my room, retrieved  my watch and I had it back on my wrist the next day. This could have been an easy opportunity for the staff to just say 'it wasn't there' (even though I knew it was), but I was at their mercy. The point is, the staff has to be commended for their personal assistance and most of all, HONESTY. I would strongly recommend this hotel for that reason alone."
