Recent Hyatt Place Perimeter Review: "The Hyatt Place Perimeter Atlanta is one of the better hotels I have stayed in, recently. The building/architecture/landscaping is classic hotel, however, the lobby and general purpose areas of the Hyatt Place is nicely appointed, including the in-house Starbucks. The room itself, a Single-King in my case, was furnished beautifully with a large flat-panel TV, comfortable bed and sofa and small kitchen(esque) area. The room was meticulously maintained, free of odors and, most importantly, clean. My only displeasure(s) in my stay were in relation to the hotel's location and the in-room heating/air-conditioning. The hotel is a good 10 miles from downtown Atlanta, but beautifully located, close to a MARTA (Public Transport Rail System) station. The heating/air in the room was finicky at best. At night the room was unusually warm, yet uncomfortably cold during the day. It was not unpleasant enough to keep me awake or force me out of the room, however. I would recommend this hotel to a friend looking for a comfortable/clean hotel at a reasonable rate in the Atlanta area."
