Recent Hyatt Place Downtown Review: "It's in a very convienent location to the Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum, Childen's Museum, Olympic Park, and CNN Center; all are within walking distance, but you can take the hotel shuttle any time (the driver has a cell phone# that you can call at anytime to have him take you somewhere or to come pick you up). The room was very spacious with a sofa sectional, refrigerator, big wide screen swivel TV, coffee bar area, nice size vanity area with plenty of counter space. The bathroom was a little small but the room space and hotel hospitality made up for it. The parking fee is a little steep, but it is very secure. Continental breakfast was nice, however for the price you pay for the hotel, it should've included eggs and bacon or sausage. The hotel staff was very helpful and accomodating."

| Overall, a great place for not a lot of $. WiFi was slow in our room (we had a corner room on the 8th floor) and the bathrooms are very small but otherwise, comfy bed, nice couch and TV, good continental breakfast and convenient location. You can park nearby for $10 a night instead of paying $22 at the hotel. |

| After parking at the wrong Hyatt and walking to this hotel with an infant, the staff informed us they would credit us for the parking fee. While we were not charged, we were impressed! The front desk staff were very kind, the bed was very comfortable, access to a microwave was important for the baby's nightly feeding. |

| Nice clean hotel, has everything for a business stay. Friendly staff. Overnight parking a little bit expensive. Close to hotel is a night club, if your room is situated to this direction, you can experience a free entertainment of loud music. |

| The hotel is very nice and clean. I did not know parking was a freaking $22 per night. I would have check other hotels. The bath tub did not drain right so taking a shower was almost like taking a bath. Nice 42 inch LG HD TV. |

| my wife and i stay at dozens of hotels during football season.This one was by far the best we have stayed in this year. the rooms we super clean and very nice. when you are away from home its nice to enjoy the room you stay in.. |

| A wonderful and comfortable stay, especially on a business trip. The rooms are spacious and the sectional couch is a plus. The on-site Starbucks and food available is a nice extra. Breakfast is good. However, the real plus is the incredible customer service!! All staff are friendly and helpful, and Jessica, who works nights at the front desk, goes ABOVE AND BEYOND in her assistance and friendliness. She made my stay a pleasure and helped out with some logistics for my taking care of a late-night work project. Wonderful.
The only complaints are: The coffee in the lobby is good, but the coffee in the rooms is low quality and tastes bad. I'd like to see a better brand in the rooms. Also, it would be nice to have some protein in the continental breakfast (hard boiled eggs?). The cooked-to-order eggs are a purchase option.

| I would recommend this hotel. It's within walking distance to everything. The location is perfect. You also have access to the train if you prefer not to drive. |

| This hotel is awesome. The rooms are rather large, with a separate living area that has a sectional which is also a sleeper sofa. Bed is ULTRA COMFORTABLE! We only stayed one night, but I didn't want to leave. Going back again this weekend. The $22 parking fee per night stinks, but every hotel downtown charges about that. It is a little bit of a challenge to find the entrance, but not an incovenience. |
