| The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were comfortable and clean but could have been a little more spacious. Breakfast and dinner were great, large dining area and attentive staff. Cleaning staff did not leave towels one morning, but called the front desk and they sent someone up within a few minutes. Very close to downtown. Short drive to shopping, aquarium, zoo, and museums. Many restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. |

| I FIND THE COMFORT OF HOMEWOOD SUITES GREAT FOR FAMILIES , I AHVE STAYED WITH YOUR BRAND VIVISTING FROM SOUTH AFRICA IN 2010-2011 & NOW THIS YEAR AS WELL 2011-2012 , BUT I FIND THAT YOU GUYS ARE CUTTING DOWN OF YOUR BREAKFASTS???
OR IS IT JUST ME.....
BUT YOUR EVENING RECEPTION DINNER IS GREAT TOO , BUT BEING A VEGETARIAN SOME NIGHTS THERE ISNT MANY OPTIONS ????
MAYB THERE CAN BE A COMPROMISE???

| Helpful staff. Good location and adequate parking. Room had poorly maintained refrigerator. Moved to another room quickly. Roll away bed not too comfortable. |

| I enjoyed my stay at the Homewood suites, they had an excellent staff, great breakfast, and a very amiable shuttle driver who drove us to our restaurant. However, the hotel was experiencing some issues with hot water and I was unable to take a hot shower in the morning. Once notified, I received a full apology. Other than this small issue, I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. |

| The front desk was always welcoming and so hopeful! The service was great and the free hot breakfast was more than we could ask for. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Atlanta |

| I'm in atlanta alot and have stayed at several hotels this one is a plus in value nice room,good location,no parking fee,hot breakfast,full kitchen. |

| I had read some bad reviews about this place so my expectations were low. To my surprise, it was just perfect for a night and the GEORGIA/Boise St. game. Ok, there were a couple of stains on the carpet, so what. I have more stains on my own carpet at my house LOL. It was clean, comfortable, cozy and the customer service was delightful! For the price, it was fantastic and we will definitely use it again even for a fun night in Buckhead! |

| I've stayed at this hotel for many years, but after my recent stay I have decided to part ways! The staff is unresponsive to requests and quite honestly when someone prepays for their room months in advance of their stay, I do think you should get the type room requested. I requested a King bed checked in early that day and when I returned in the evening to actually get into my room, didn't get the requested King. Things in the room were broked, doors, lamps, etc. The shuttle service is not good about picking up in a reasonable length of time when you have called ahead. I'm switching hotels to a more convenient location and paying less. |

| Walls are very thin, so room was noisy. Unsupervised children ran wild down the halls, at the pool and in the breakfast area. Dishwasher leaked and was not repaired. When we reported loud banging on our room door, we were told that Security didn't come on duty until 6P. |

| The room was a bit small but for the money and location, it was perfect! Also, I must commend the staff - they are the friendliest bunch of people and so helpful. The shuttle was a great plus too! |
