| I was driving from Florida and I wanted to stat at quality Atlanta hotel at a good price. The Airport Hilton provided easy access from the highway and a convenient location to the city. The front desk staff was great when I checked in describing many of the hotels amenities. I enjoyed my chicken BLT in the sports bar. And, I liked the coffee shop in the large open air lobby design. I took advantage of the shoe shine service that I greatly needed to look sharp for the converence I was attending the following day. My stay was efficient, and all of my needs were met efficiently with a smile.
From check in to check out I encounted quality customer service. I was impressed and I will stay at the Airport Hilton Atlanta again. |

| The price of the rooms are okay when compared to the quality of the rooms.
The only downside is there is no free WI-Fi. |

| We gave a number 3 grading for the surrounding neighborhood, is only because we arrived in the night and left really early in the morning, so we didnt get to see the surroundings. The hotel was also doing some renovations, yet overall it was really nice. |

| The hotel staff was very nice and accomodating. I had issues with the room I booked, but they upgraded me to the executive level, I ate and drank for free, and they validated my parking. There is also a barber shop, sports bar, and a couple restaurants to choose from. I love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone!!! |

| It's appraently over priced. The check-in stuff was disinterested to customer. The decoration of room feels like a prision cell. I know there'd be charge on Internet, but why 15 dollars for a 24 hour period. That's a rip-off, because my home highspeed internet only cost me 15 per month. What are hilton's manager thinking?! |

| Enjoyed my stay there. Everything was very nice. The staff was exceptional. Not thrilled about paying $15 a day for internet, but that is a nit.
The TV system was a bit weird. I had to unplug my TV to get a guide (list of local stations) which took more than an hour to populate after unplugging, but again this is a nit, the hotel was very, very good.
Compared to everything else, the hotel, resturants and staff were great and I have no problem recommending this hotel. |

| The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is too bad the hotel staff especially the valet parking staff are not better trained. They obviously do not understand customer service at all ! |

| We flew in for a weekend of Braves Games, so this property was very convenient for us (both to/from the Airport and Turner Field. Comfortable beds, quiet, well-maintained. A great value compared to downtown hotel pricing! Minor gripes? They should be upfront about your having to pay to park, And they have the wateriest eggs I have ever seen on a breakfast buffet :)
Overall, though...very satisfied! Would return! |

| It is always nice to stay at a Hilton but this is definitely really nice!!! I would recommend spending a little bit more to be upgraded to the Executive Suite for the Executive Lounge access of free breakfast, internet & printing, and snacks. Staffs were very helpful and courteous. It was nice and convenient that they also have a shuttle service to the airport. |
