| The cleanest, most friendly, and courteous staff we have encountered in our many years of travel.
LOVE the 2 Queen Kitchenette for convenience and
efficiency...Free early morning Breakfast was healthy and yummy too! We would recommend this to anyone and would definitely stay there again when in Atlanta, as well as seek out Hampton Inns in our travels from now on... |

| The Hotel was located in Marietta,Ga. My first room bath room had a stain on the tub wall, told the manger, he moved me to another room immediately. The service was superb!! |

| Enjoyed all the attention to details from how the towels were folded to the extra toiletries, and even microwave popcorn. The staff was courteous and the bed was comfortable.
I chose the hotel by the location and reviews from other guests which made it very helpful. |

| we love this hotel, it was by far the BEST place we stayed..in a week of traveling. Can we give it a "10" on everything, friendlyness of staff, beautiful room, wonderful breakfast. Pool was closed for renovations.
We were exhusted from traveling and when we seen this hotel we knew we had arrived some where special.. |

| the hotel was great. we had no trouble with staff, checking in, out, getting help, etc.
the location was even better. smyrna is a beautiful area. the sunsets were gorgeous as we drove around through the hilly terrain or viewed from our 8th floor corner room.
convenience was wonderful as well. the cumberland mall was across the street with plenty of shopping and eating options. getting to downtown atlanta for the sights (coke, aquarium, etc.) was really a breeze, it only took about 10 minutes to get there, maybe 12 or so at worse. it literally took longer to park downtown than to get there!
we didn't have any TRUE issues with the hotel, but since this is a review more information is better. we had a weird infestation of sorts. not roaches, not ants, nothing that would be problematic, but we did have lady bugs. there were about 8 lady bugs scattered throughout the room. strange, huh?
a few design portions of the room were flawed. little things like screw caps (the plastic pieces covering a screw on the tub) were missing. a burnt spot on the counter top (marble?). we noticed a little spot of residue on the wall our third night there, could only see when one lamp was on and all else was dark.
so the room wasn't perfect, but we weren't expecting anything lavish or perfect considering the price.
overall, i'd give the stay a 5/5. if we're doing a scale of 100 i suppose i would rate it as a 90 or 95 due to the minor issues listed above. |

| HAD A GREAT STAY AND A GREAT HOTEL. WE STAYED IN A QUEEN SUITE AND IT WAS BIG. WENT OUT TO EAT WITH FAMILY SO CAN'T RATE BREAKFAST BAR BUT THE DINING WAS NICE AND LARGE. WILL DEF. GO AGAIN. |
