Recent Hampton Atlanta Newnan Review: "I had a really bad day. Walked in the door at the hotel, first time visit, and a head popped around the corner and said HI, how are your Her name was Helena and her smile made my day. I told her I had a bad day and was ready to relax. She excused herself and disappeared to the back a moment and returned with some cookies and a bottled water saying "I  hope this helps, enjoy your stay and call me if you need anything. The manager, Pam appeared later that evening and I told her about my experience and she said, and I quote, " Helena is my shining star". What a WOW experience. Customer service is very important in the hotel industry these days and you either have it or you don't. THEY HAVE IT!!!! Keep up the great service and DO NOT lose your "Shining Star". Thank you for a great experience. I will see you again."
