The staff at this particular location really made the hotel. They were very fun, very friendly, above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We were there for a convention at a surrounding hotel, and the nature of the convention allowed for costumes and all kinds of unique attire. The staff was helpful getting the items in the room and the outfits  in without drawing a lot of attention to them, as well as very friendly asking us if there was anything we needed, or that would improve the stay. They were helpful with directions and finding restaurants in the area. One of the hotel staff even learned of a new coffee drink I taught them to make. Next year, I won't even try to stay at the hotel hosting the convention, we are staying at the same hotel we did this year. No question about it. And the breakfast really made the stay superb. The quality of food, the fact that it was there late enough that we weren't racing to get down there on a weekend morning. And they had awesome coffee. I don't think there was even a way to improve the experience. Unless of course they wanted to decrease prices... Thank you for everything. We truly loved staying there.

Then this is a perfect place to stay...free breakfast, $7/day to leave car & use free shuttle to be dropped off at your gate. Plus great staff & room.

The staff were more concerned with the pizza being delivered than the customers. The first 4 people ahead of me in line all came back to the desk because they were given keys to rooms that already had people IN THEM and most were already SLEEPING! Then I was told that my credit card had been declined and I needed to "pay again". The key words were "pay  again". I explained that my creditcard had been charged months ago and I had confirmation with me. They quickly "looked somewhere else" and realized I had paid. So the lady give me my keys and I ask if she is SURE that my room will be empty when I go to it - having just watched 4 other guests return to the front desk. She says she checked and we are fine and hands me my keys. I requested two rooms which were to be adjoining. I had even called the hotel to request that again -being told that would not be a problem. So when the front desk hands me the keys and says room 2xx and 3xx. I ask about adjoining rooms. The front desk says - those are "close". Really? I mean sure they are in the SAME hotel but they are on DIFFERENT FLOORS! I have 2 teenagers with me who were to have their own room. I can't really put them on a different floor! So they shuffle around and give me two new keys - saying they are "together". I clarify - adjoining. She repeats together. They were on the same floor and were across the hall from each other...so again not adjoining but at least on the same floor. The next morning one of my teens tries to open my roomdoor (which was bolted) with her key from her room....the door opened. I think the hotel has an issue with their electronic key system that needs to be addressed by owners/managers. Having keys open other doors is a HUGE security issue! I think the manager needs to train her staff on customer service - especially how to handle concerns or when there are 6 people trying to check in at the same time how to handle a rush of people. Hôtel très agréable. Très silencieux. Lits confortables. chambres très propres. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié (oeufs, saucisse,pan^cakes, muffins, ...). Pas de frigo et micro-onde dans la chambre. Départs navette toutes les 30 min le matin de l'hôtel, trajet 5 min pour l'aéroport. Personnel accueillant. Famille avec 2 enfants.

I get so tired of pastel hotel rooms. This room had a lot of wood, and rich colors in the decor. Hampton Inns are always comfortable, but I liked the originality of this one. The room was also wonderfully clean, and the staff very courteous.

One of the best Hampton's I have ever stayed in. Great breakfasts. Wonderful work space and evening reception with food too!

We stayed overnight on December 31st and we liked it. We found the shuttle right outside the airport (it does not work between 12.00 and 4.00 a.m., if I remember correctly. Then it runs every 30 minutes) and the hotel was just a few minutes away. We could actually hear planes but this happened only a couple of time. We booked the superior room, which  was spacious and comfortable. The bathtub could be cleaned a bit better (there were some hairs inside) but the rest was spotless clean. Staff was nice, especially the shuttle driver. We could not try their breakfast because we left at 5.00 a.m. and there was nobody to prepare a basket but there were tea and coffee facilities in the hall.I would go there again for an overnight stay.
