| I was there for 5 days. It was my first trip to Atlanta, staff and hotel were amazing. The staff made things easy and they were more than efficient. The hotel was beautiful, there was one minor issue that was handled quickly and reconciled. I would stay there again. |

| Overall I had a very positive stay at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta Buckhead. 4 star comfort, service, and amenities. Nothing to push it up to 5 stars, but ultimately everything was great for our extended stay. |

| The staff was great, hotel was luxurious. The only complaint I had was the valet service, it was $30.00 per night & they were very slow and the customer service of the valet staff was as if they were doing you a favor. The hotel did refund me half of what they charged me Wich did make up for it. |

| Hotel is in the perfect location: close to Atlanta, and within walking distance to several places to eat, etc. The gym is beautiful, the pool & gardens are under renovations at this time, but it's December so we weren't planning to swim. The best pizza place is right across the street: Buckhead Pizza Co. The shower in the room had the best water pressure ever. The only negative was minor room cleanliness issues upon arrival: beer bottle cap and nail clippers on the floor... everything else was great! |

| My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the The Grand Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta, Ga. I give this hotel 5-stars, because when my husband I arrived to the hotel, the doorman to the housekeeper was very helpful and courtesy as needed. I recommend everyone to experience the stay at this hotel, you won't be disappointed. I give this hotel 5-stars. |

| Stayed for Black Friday and weekend. Closeness to Lenox Mall, hotel, surrounding activities made a great weekend. |
