Recent Fairfield Marriott Buckhead Review: "My husband rates hotels by how good the shower is and if the room has a comfortable chair with a good reading light. Our room had both a first-rate shower and comfortable reading chair, plus a very generous free breakfast in a very pleasant diningroom. No need to stay in the ritzy-glitzy hotels just a few blocks away on Peach Tree Street."

| We've been booking this hotel for the last 3yrs as an overnight respite on our way to/from vacation in Myrtle Beach; location offers numeous dining/shopping options in walking/driving distance and the front desk can give you delivery options. Free/secure parking is part of the value. The breakfast options are substantial and offering should satisfy most diners; options include yogurt, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, waffles, and fruit. Only drawbacks are common among hotels, thin walls and kids running the hallwaysl aviod the rooms near the ice machines. Would not fit our needs for a lenghthy vacation stay. |

| I am almost always a business traveler, so I depend on the Internet connection at the hotels where I stay. And this hotel had the WORST Internet connection I have ever experienced. I was warned that the wireless service was poor and that I should use the wired connection in the room. When i tried that, I could never get an IP address to get a connection. The wireless signal was VERY poor, which didn't really matter because it wouldn't give me an IP address either. I had to leave for an event, so I told them it needed to be working when I came back or I needed another hotel. I could get an IP address from the wireless when I came back, but signal was still poor. it was good enough to get my work done, so I stayed. But it disconnected me several times.
I must say something good, however. Management of the hotel was very good and proactively reserved me a room at another property just in case. |

| My wife and I recently spent two nights in Atlanta. This hotel was in a nice location, clean, and less than a mile from a train station. The lady checking us in was very friendly as she asked about our stay and printed us some information on the Braves shuttle upon finding out we were going to a game. I recommend this hotel highly. |

| have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always a pleasure. However, this time the phone in the room did not work and I needed it for some toll-free dictation related to my work. The hotel did respond quickly and sent a maintenance person, but the phone never worked normally. I finally could get a dial tone, but there was a lot of static. I was afraid to dictate due to the static. When I mentioned this to the staff at check-out, they really didn't seem to care that I was inconvenienced. Otherwise the hotel is fine and a good value. |

| We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful, the room was clean. It is very child friendly, with an indoor pool and hot tub. They give you a list of local restaurants at check-in, which is not completely accurate. One of the restaurants they classified as "cheap", was closer to "expensive". The fitness room left something to be desired. There are only 3 pieces of equipment, and no headphones for the TV monitors attached to them. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with our experience, and would stay there again, if we're in the area. |
