| This location is ideal! 5 minute walk to MARTA which takes you all over Atlanta. Local area has grocery stores and restaurants. Just wonderful!
Hotel is meant for folks staying a long time. Therefore, they only come to clean the room and change linen and towels once a week. Ditto for trash. Ditto for items like soap..... |

| If you're in for an extended stay it's a great room and the rate was very reasonable. Near restaurants, grocery stores, and near the mall. Also you're right across the street from a very nice neighborhood called Brookhaven. Also near MARTA. |

| We recently stayed here and it truly is a good value for the money. The room we had was a Queen, Non-smoking and while it was quite small, it was comfortable. The front desk clerk was very courteous and helpful in making sure our stay was to our expectations. Be mindful that this hotel is located next to a MARTA track (Atlanta's public transportation trains), so at times we could hear the trains going by, although not obnoxiously loud. This hotel is also located down the road from the Lenox Square mall which was a huge convenience.
All in all, i would stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Atlanta. |

| Room faced a very busy road and it was noisy. The thermostat wasn't working well and it got very hot at times. The hotel's personnel were extremely nice and helpful. |

| The room was very comfortable and we loved the stove, dish-
washer, fridge, and other kitchen ammenities; comfortable
bed and nice, clean room. I didn't know that the hotel was right
across the street from one of Atlanta's subway stations. Because our room(#309)was facing a subway station the noise of the subways and ocassional freight trains was
at times quite loud and kept my wife up most of the night.
A big disappointment for us was when we went downstairs for
the complimentary breakfast which consisted only of apples,
bagels and coffee(maybe tea also). The breakfast should be
more varied and could include some oranges, bananas, danish, orange juice, bottled water, small boxes of cereal,
etc. The 2 staff members that we saw were courteous and friendly. The main reason that I wouldn't stay there again
is because of it's proximity to the subway station,
although for some this may be very desireable if the noise
is not a problem for them. |
