Recent Embassy Downtown Centennial Olympic Review: "hotel was close to I 85 which is nice since its good to be close to main artery when in strange city..we walked to GA Aquarium and world of Coke...just couple blocks from hotel....also went to Zoo which was about 15 min drive and used directions from Zoo card we picked up in Lobby...if going to Atl Braves game the ball park is very close to the Zoo  so also a quick trip if u drive from hotel.....went to Varsity , an Atl icon, to eat which is right beside GA TECH football stadium and also a quick drive from hotel ...only had to go to 2nd light from Hotel , turn right and Varsity was on left less than a mile after making the turn...(located on North Ave)...felt safe but as with most big cities I would not feel comfortable walking aroiund at night too far from hotel.....several restuarants around the hotel also to choose from...you do have pay to park at hotel, valet only...no self parking in garage etc ). ....the bell captain was very nice and answered any questions with a smile....if u do go to Varsity...get the onion rings!"
