Recent Embassy Atlanta Airport Review: "What Hotel.com to know the hotel charging the parking which is no one inform me. Eventhough I like about the Embassy suites I was not happy about the reservation. I belive you should know about your service before anything else. It was a bod and poor servese. I called to complain my experians for this hotel my phone conversation was bad before I finshed he hong up on me. This is I call it bad costomer service. The employs doesn't know what they are doing and they didn't give full information to the costomer. I was not inform any parking fee I need to expect when I get to the hotel. They did not tell me the reservation was not refundable. What did you call this I will live it for the person who deal this kind of problem. Eventhoug, I was happy with the hotel where I staied. I will tell to people not to find a hotel by Hotel.com This my 2nd experians from Hotel.com bad ,bad ,bad......If I have to give point from 100 is 0 out of 100 Thank you for your service. This will be my last business with you."
