| IThis Hotel is a great place to stay to those who are on a low budget.There are plenty of places to eat and complimenary shuttle service is offered if you need a lft to th Airport.The staff are friendly and helpful. |

| Staff is always exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The wifi is not as good as it should be BUT the staff will find a room where it works for you. The hotel is well maintained and very convenient to I-85 and a few minutes to downtown. Additionally, there are several restaurant choices with in walking distance. |

| It was a good hotel for one night but the guy in the front was not very good. He gave us one room and didn't realize we had two rooms and it took a while for him to understand that we had two rooms. Basically customer service was not good. |

| My only complaint about the hotel is that the smell of cigarettes were in the room even though it was a non smoking room. |

| Not a vacation get away, but great for a quick stay. Staff was very helpful.Have them call you the taxi service they use because they were great as well. |

| Overall is OK, our room smelled like cigarette smoke when we checked in (requested non smoking room), room was extremely small, bed was OK, but had only 1 pillow per person (pillows was flat), location is pretty convenient, easy access to I85 and downtown. Breakfast was really cold, probably just pulled out of fridge or something. On our check out day house keeping started knocking on our door at 9 am, asking when we finally leaving, so they can clean the room, check out is 11 and they was continuing coming and asking me like every 30 minutes or so, it was pretty disturbing. Will not stay again |
