Recent Doubletree Buckhead Review: "For the price, I felt that this was a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean, modern, and nicely decorated. (The pictures online looked exactly like the room did in person.) The hotel was also conveniently located to the attractions that we came to see. Our finalized bill was placed under the door by early morning, and we were able to leave the keycards in the room without any hassles of standing in line to check out. However, they do charge $20 per day for parking, which can quickly add up. Also, the parking garage is located behind the building. This was a bit disappointing, since upon arrival we were exhausted from completing a 15 hour drive. But overall, I would definitely stay there again, now that I know all the small details."

| There are five hotels very close within $20 of this one; my reccomendation is, stay in one of them. They charge 12 dollars a day for extrememly slow internet, the TV was from 1990, and the bathroom are a was very tight (traveling w/ my girlfriend and it was hard to get ready at the same time). It is a very nice looking hotel, but that is all that is nice about it. |

| I travel for business all the time. I look for places that are in the 3 to 4 star range that are clean, recently renovated, offer free internet and free breakfast. For about thirty dollars less a night I can stay in a place that is just as new, just as friendly, just as clean, and just as nice. Double Tree nickels and dimes you for everything. Internet is $10 a day, breakfast is $11 bucks for their buffet, bottles of water $4. In a day and age where companies are offering more for your money, I just felt like I was getting less and won't return. |

| When we arrived to the hotel I was fortunate enough to check in. However other members in my party couldnt check-in until 5 leaving them late for a dinner we were supposed to attend. Then Saturday morning someone was missing $$$ from their room. Then on Sunday it took over 30 mins for a bellman to bring up a cart. They are just understaffed... I would stay across the street at the Courtyard. |

| This hotel is conveniently located literally down the street from Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. There are tons of nice restaurants within walking distance. Rooms are clean and pretty much up-to-date. Only downside is parking which is going to cost you a little (the room pricing was lower than any hotel around this area so it pretty much offset the parking cost). Best bang for the buck hotel in Buckhead. |

| This hotel has a lot of potential to be outstanding, but there are several maintenance issues that I experienced. First of all, the water pressure was terrible in the shower. As I spent very little time in the room, I didn't get a chance to turn on the television in my room until my third day on the trip, at which time I discovered that the TV did not have any reception. I called maintenance and they tried to repair it, but couldn't so I got switched to another room. The second room had an electrical socket hanging by wires out of the wall, and the bathroom mirror was hung ridiculously high. I'm only 5'3", and all I could see of myself in the mirror was my eyebrows and above. I had to put my makeup on in the bedroom. I'd still recommend it as the price was reasonable, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. However, just make sure that your room is fully functional. If not, ask for another room. |

| Hotel is in a great location close to malls, dining and MARTA. I looked around to stay somewhere in buckhead close to malls and good dining and hit a home run with the Double Tree. Room was perfect size and staff was fantastic only thing lacking was a view. Also the cookies at the front desk were a little something extra that was huge will definitly be back next time in Atlanta. |

| This is a very good hotel. I got an excellent price online, the location cannot be better and the staff is very friendly. BUT:
- Parking is excessively expensive ($20 per day) and you have to walk for a couple of minutes to the garage.
- No complimentary in-room internet. This one is absurd in 2009.
- Only 2 PCs in the business center, and one of them is so slow that it's almost useless
- Very few channels in the TV.
If you want to be well located, get a good price and don't mind the things I mentioned above, I would reccomend it. |

| I will never stay at this hotel again. First of all, the hotel will hidden down a little side street. Once we found it after riding up and down the street 20 times, we found that there was a family reunion party that was booked at the same hotel. The entrance to the hotel was very, very small and there was no where to park so that you could check in. You had to park your vehicle in a seperate parking area which was an incovience due to it was difficult to get your luggage unloaded. I had prepaid for the room with my my bank card and when I checked in they placed a $50 hold on my card until I checked out. The whole experience was horrible. I will never stay here again!!!!! |

| This was a great hotel and we had a very pleasant stay. However, the hotel is very difficult to find, especially to those not familiar with downtown Atlanta. I would recommend a GPS or really great directions and a map when locating this hotel. |
