| At this price, I am satisift with everything. The hotel is OK and is it convenient to just stay for 1 or two nights if you have to stop by somewhere. |

| The King size bed we had needs to be replaced. I was hurting my knees as I kneeled on it and hard on my body because the springs were pushing against my body. My wife and I were very uncomfortable. |

| The printer for business center was not working. According to desk personnel it has been inoperational for quite some time. Needed to print a reservation that I made online while staing there. Had to drive to another hotel and the desk rep allowed me to use their business center even though I didn't stay at their hotel. The desk rep actually suggested that I give her my personel email information and she could print it off from the desk computer. |

| O que tem de bom neste hotel são os funcionários, tirando uma senhora que fica no turno da noite, que e muito mal educada grossa, o resto e legal.
Quanto ao hotel e sujo, os quartos já estão muito velhos, não ha troca da roupa de cama.
Não recomendo, mesmo porque tem vários hotéis que são mais novos e melhores, oferecendo mesmo preço na redondeza. |

| The hallways were too noisy. Other guests were coming at all hours of the night and often were laughing out loud. Those guests had no consideration of others already sleeping (like me). Maybe some signs should be up to keep area "quiet". Maybe the walls are not thick enough. Not sure what the solution is. |

| The first room had a smell of urine. But I was moved to the 3rd Floor and it was GREAT! the Continental Breakfast witht he make your own waffle had a nice variety and it was Nice. The location to the Hwy and other shopping areas (via the New Bridge) was great and the Mall is walking distance. I was very happy with the Customer Service. She was nice and polite. No one knocked on my door before Check out to see if Was gone yet (BIG SMILE).
I would give it 4 stars |
