Recent Crowne Plaza Review: "The only thing about the hotel that i did not like was that you had to also pay to park besides the room. Had problems getting in and out of parking lot because you use your hotel key and had to go to the front desk 3 times because it would not work to get the problem fixed. I figure if i am going to charged to park i should be able to go and come as i please without having to run back and forth to the front desk for them to reactivate my card so it will work. But overall the hotel was very nice and clean and i would recommend it"

| Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very professional and helpful. The only "issue" I had was that parking was not actually free, but it was not a big deal for us. We really enjoyed our stay! |

| I was unhappy with the unexpected $8 parking charge. It is VERY rare for a three star hotel to charge for parking. Four others within a one block radius didn't. And not exactly economical for the quality. Probably wouldn't go back |

| The room was clean and the distance from the airport is great. The only thing I did not like was that I had to swipe my credit card in order to use the computer. In another location, I did not have to do that. |

| I enjoyed my two-night stay at the Crowne. The only things I didn't like were the long lines. They only had one employee working the desk upon checking in and two when checking out. And, I also didn't like paying an additional 8.00 a day for parking. The main reason for selecting the hotel was the price. Which, failed to mention additional cost for parking.
The hotel location was perfect. It was within seconds from the exit ramps of the expressway. |

| The shuttle service to the airport was convenient since it automatically ran every 15 minutes. However, the hotel was old, crowded, and over priced. Only one clerk to check out dozens of people. We had an executive room. The bed and linens were very nice. It also had a large TV. But the room smelled stale, no mini-frig, only a tub shower, and the room was small. Next time we need to lay over in Atlanta, we will try a different hotel. |

| The room that we stayed in, though small for the cost, was designed with sleeping in mind! My wife and I had to pull the sheets off in order to find out who made the mattress!
I noticed that there were Soldiers who stayed at the hotel while they were waiting for their flight to Iraq. Thanks to the staff for supporting our men and women in uniform during this difficult time of their lives. |
