| If you stay at this hotel, insist on a room cleaned by Pam. Pam made sure everything was spotless. Not a stray hair was to be found. The lobby was very nice - modern. However, the lack of a refrigerator or microwave in the room made the entire experience family unfriendly. No place to keep restaurant leftovers and drinks cold - you could still see where they used to be. No doubt directly related to the new "convenience store" in the lobby. Anyone with kids should avoid this - so inconvenient! |

| The hotel is on an access road, so it's a little hard to get to. It's your standard Courtyard, but the layout of the room was a little off. I would stay again if I was back in the area. |

| Very convenient for downtown -- right off I-85/75. Reasonably priced room for location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast tends to be overpriced. Expect additional fees for parking. |

| This hotel is typical of most Marriott Courtyards, so nothing unusual there to report.
However, the cafe that they have inside the hotel is mismanaged at night. I arrived at 9:30pm ... cafe closes at 10pm. When I tried to get food at 9:40pm after putting my stuff away, I was told that they had "run out of food".
The way I was told this made me very suspicious, so I asked at the Front Desk - the person there apologized profusely with words to the effect of: "they do have enough food - the person at the deli is being lazy and not wanting to clean up later after you are done".
She offered to help correct things, but since I would not then trust the cafe person to not "mistreat" my food in some way, I chose to order take-out from a local restaurant instead.
So, my rating is low on service. Front desk was very good, but cafe person was *unacceptably* poor. |

| Great location and wonderful front desk staff. Very helpful and friendly. But, the bed was a little too soft for my liking and the remote didn't operate the TV. When I called housekeeping to let them know, they said someone would come check it out but no one ever came. |

| The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is within walking distance to Georgia Tech and Midtown. The hotel room was clean and very comfortable. I would stay at this hotel again. |

| Staff were friendly. Generally in a good area close to the main clubs and bars and atlantic station. Can be a little pricey but was ok. |
