| Stayed here the night before taking a major exam at the nearby Prometric center. The hotel was clean and very quiet. When I checked in I asked for a room that might be in a quiet low-traffic area of the hotel -- Miss Daphne was so accommodating she checked me into a top floor room and left the rooms on either side of me empty for the night! Breakfast in the morning (starts at 6:30) was convenient and delicious! Absolutely recommend. |

| Great Service. Between 2 nights and 2 seperate bookings I had to leave the Hotel for a short overnight trip to Ohio .
As I had my Golf Luggage with me they offered me to let it in their luggage room fro free until I return.
That's what I cal servie, thx |

| We had a great stay at the Mariott Courtyard. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and the rooms were very clean. We had a lower level room (courtyard side). It was like having a pool in our own back yard.
Would recommend this hotel to any one.
Thanks again for the great time we had in Atlanta, GA. |

| mattress on bed was low quality , soft and worn out sheets, it was and older courtyard thats been remodeled, carpet and furnitur nice. |

| This hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in assisting with anything we asked them for. The hotel had many restaurants and stores near and around it and was very nice located near a major freeway which was a plus. |

| The woman working the front desk was VERY friendly and helpful. She chatted, answered questions, and spoke every time we came through the lobby. She definitely knew the meaning of customer service. |

| The hotel was understaffed, no one at the front desk to answer a phone call.
House keeping did a really poor job. They did not empty the trash cans for the 4 days we were there and one of the days we were told they did not have enough staff to make up our room.
We would never stay there again! |

| Everyone at this hotel was well-trained and pleasant. Rooms were clean. Location fine.
BUT - we only had decaf coffee in the room. Second day, coffee mate etc., weren't replaced. There were only wierd "creamers" like Irish Cream in the Lobby. Plain cream would have been great. And, there is very little extra room because the layout is not good. TV is in an awkward place. If 2 people are in the room, the sofa bed is ridiculous. |

| Only complaints are lack of an elevator that I could find and while there were plenty of fast food places around, the selection of quality restaurants around the hotel was disappointing. |
