| My family, (my husband, myself, and 2 teenagers) stayed here for 2 nights b/c we were in town for the Big South volleyball tournament. It was held at the Georgia World Congress Center. The location was great, it was a 15 min walk, down the street and through Centennial Park, and then across the street. We felt very comfortable the whole time, day and night. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and we all had plenty to eat. We would definitely stay here again. |

| My son and I were in town for the ACC basketball tournament and wanted an affordable hotel that we could walk to the arena. We were slightly nervous when we pulled in late at night and were sent to the parking garage across the street, which was all shut down for the night with garage doors and bars. A little unnerving for ones not used to the downtown life. However, we quickly acclimated and quite enjoyed walking around downtown. The arena was just a few blocks away and we enjoyed exploring Olympic Park and checking out local eateries and entertainment. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit. |

| Unfortunately, they were in the middle of remodeling, so I did not see the Hotel at its BEST. However, the room was WONDERFUL, with a Great view, the Location was excellent, close to the Aquarium, World of Coke, CNN, downtown Atlanta and many other places. I Definitely would stay there again and recommend it. |

| Due 2 renovations, Construction dust was everywhere, No room numbers was on the doors, had 2 get help finding my room, microwave and refrig was unplugged, bathroom was really small, had 2 call housekeeping 2 get towels and get the room cleaned, only good thing about this hotel was its value, great location and parking cost was very reasonable, I need 2 come back after all the RENOVATIONS r completed, 2 give a better rating |

| The Hotel is under construction so expect lots of noise and drywall dust. The rooms are very small but all in all the staff is nice. The room i got was clean but very small. The hallway was being painted and carpeted so it was a pain to deal with the work being done but for the price you can not beat it. The hotel half a block away is a major chain and cost 3 time the cost. If you just need a room and are not worried about lots of space this is a good deal. |

| This hotel is in a great location, affordable, and convenient.
The drwa back, currentlyu under renovation and there are some areas that are troublesome. Very close to a "club" concert hall. The young people who frequent the concerts and consequently stay at the hotel were very very disrespectful and drunk. The room is very small. Would I stay there again? You bet, the staff are kind and helpful especially Dan. the room was very clean and the ninth floor had a great view and was remodeled. The room came with fridge and micro wave. Can't beat that. Restaurants are connected to the hotel and many great places within walking distance. The MARTA is 10 minutes away. |

| The hotel was very conveniently located to many of the places I needed to go during my visit to Atlanta.
I was able to walk and save money on very high-priced cabs. Decent value for the money |
