Recent Castleberry Inn Review: "My usual hotel was booked. So, I took the closest available to the Mart. I wasn't expecting much, because I'd read something about an 'awful neighborhood', but I did not have that experience. The Castleberry is a great value for the price. Taxis back & forth cost me $20/day, but I still saved $20/day, over staying at the very cardboard Days Inn, where  I usually do & their maintenance man even fixed my broken luggage. There's a Paschal's Restaurant & the Amai Bar, which has a tapas menu, both on premises & both have great food an an excellent staff. It was nice to see all the families at Paschal's too. April, in particular, at the Amai Bar is an outstanding bartender, who gave great service & was very sweet. They had great music there too, by Reggie & a female DJ, whose name I can't remember. Everyday, I'd come back from the shows exhausted & go have a drink & dinner. One night, I met a lovely couple & sparked up a conversation - turns out they were Herman & Sonja, the owners of the complex. What a treat! They were just delightful. This isn't a 'luxury' hotel, but for the money, it's a great value. I'll stay there again & I definitely recommend it. :)"
