Recent Atlanta Marriott Downtown Review: "We were in town for the Atlanta Classic (Sept 25th - 27th) and chose this hotel. It was clean, the staff, and valet guys were extremely nice! We didn't know our way around town and they gave us ACCURATE directions to where we needed to go! The valet guys were SOOOOOO helpful, we tipped them heavily when we checked out! This was our first trip to the Classic and we've decided to make this an annual trip and stay at the Marriott everytime we come. The hotel is positioned on the corner, so it could become difficult to pull up in front of it if there's a crowd. But, the valet guys are quick. They get you out of your vehicle and have your car moved in no time so if you get to the front of the hotel and notice that the "round-about" in front of the hotel is full, don't worry b/c the wait isn't that long. When you're ready to leave, you can jus call the front desk and have them pull your car around before you get downstairs that way you won't have to wait for it. The parking fee is $28 a day BUT ALL PARKING in Downtown Atlanta is expensive so it pretty much comes with the territory. We were within walking distance of the GA Dome and restaurants."
